Payment Options

We strive to provide the greatest convenience and flexibility to our patients, which is why we offer many ways for you to plan and pay for your treatment.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express, as well as personal checks and most PPO insurance plans. In most instances, you are also able to use your Flexible Spending benefits towards your dental treatment.

We also offer a special Care Credit dental financing option to make your dental care manageable and affordable. In certain circumstances, we also offer flexible payment options outside of 3rd party financing options to help you achieve your goals.

Please feel free to contact us for additional dental financing information and arrangements. We’re happy to answer any questions you have and inform you about all of your options.

Communication is the most critical role in the dentist-patient relationship. We empower our patients with the knowledge to understand the available procedures to help you make decisions accordingly. Equally important is for us to learn about you and your medical history in order to give you the safest and most appropriate treatment.

At David Eskow DDS, we always welcome new patients. If you are interested in becoming a patient or simply want to learn more about how we can help you, please call our dental office or request an appointment using the form at the bottom of the page.

IMPORTANT

Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian on their first consultation visit.

Please let us know of any relevant medical conditions or medications before surgery in case they may interfere with treatment.
